Work Environment

Our well-developed internal structure, and environment which opens up new possibilities in entertainment, are thanks to our well-developed support system and diverse workforce.

Members receive the support they need through a variety of channels including one-on-one discussions and meetings that cross team boundaries. Each member’s range of ideas is also broadened by working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. We are constantly working to create a better environment and internal structure that promotes creativity and teamwork.

A corporate culture that celebrates challenge and encourages growth

Whenever a new project is launched, a call is put out across the entire company to recruit participants, and there are also many cross-departmental projects. Restraints are not put on employees “because they are young” or “because they are inexperienced,” but rather we celebrate those who raise their hand and take action, and actively provide opportunities for those who have a willingness to take on a challenge regardless of age or experience.

A culture is rooted in our company in which employees feel free to say “thank you” to each other in their daily work.
