About our new corporate identity
COMICSMART Inc. (headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo; CEO: Koki Sato; hereinafter “COMICSMART”), a company engaged in the IP platform business, will change its name to “COMISMA Inc” as of Monday, January 6, 2025. In conjunction with this change, we will renew our corporate logo and corporate website, which serve as our corporate identity, and relocate our headquarters.
In the process of renewing our corporate identity, we have looked back at the path COMICSMART has taken and discussed the future that COMISMA is aiming for, through a co-creation process that included workshops attended by management and employees.
We will renew our corporate logo and corporate website based on the design concept of “Manga-sphere” that resulted from this process.

The logo design is based on a planet-shaped motif that represents the global Manga-sphere, and combines the “C” mark, which is also the initial letter of COMISMA and is strongly associated with creativity and content.

We have decided to renew the corporate identity that we have used since our founding. I am very pleased that, thanks to the cooperation of many people, we have successfully completed the project which we launched to create a new identity that embodies the kind of company we want to be.
COMISMA will build the “Manga-sphere,” an IP ecosphere created by manga, by respecting and working together with creators and trying to realize all the possibilities of manga through the power of the Internet. We are committed to creating attractive works and IP value that can be enjoyed by people around the world, regardless of country or region.
