(headquartered in Shinjuku, Tokyo; CEO: Koki Sato; hereinafter &#8220;COMICSMART&#8221;), a company engaged in the IP platform business, will change its name to &#8220;COMISMA Inc&#8221; as of Monday, January 6, 2025.
